Large Groups & Family Rentals
Perfect for your family’s next mountain vacation, we offer rentals for large groups. You have the ability to rent the entire lodge. The lodge sleeps up to 18 people in six guest rooms with six full baths. Guests have private use of the kitchen and common rooms, as well as outdoor gathering spaces to grill. Play games and enjoy a soak in the hot tub!
This is a great option for groups of friends and extended families. Make our lodge your home base to enjoy all your favorite Colorado activities!
“We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a family get together at A Riverhouse Lodge on the banks of the Arkansas. Our three children with spouses and six grandchildren with age ranges from 15 to 6 thoroughly enjoyed taking over the whole lodge for 5 days. The rooms were all well equipped as was the first floor kitchen and rest area. The gas grill outside on the sheltered patio was used often to feed the crew. Family Reunions
Family reunion groups in Buena Vista can also rent the entire lodge by the day, as it can fit up to 18 people with a full kitchen and hot tub. You can combine your stay with activities through The Adventure Company for meaningful family memories in a beautiful setting.
Damage and Excessive Cleaning Policy
Please note that large groups are subject to a damage deposit. Guests are also financially responsible for any damage that occurs or excessive cleaning that is necessary to A Riverhouse Lodge property. This includes (but is not limited to) rooms, all common areas, and outdoor spaces. Final expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income.
